The VEPxx.4 series Embedded PCs are a WinCE or WinXPe OS IPC with integrated
screen. Programming software allows
functionality ranging from simple HMI screens to MES capability. It can function as an HMI, PC-based PLC,
motion controller or as a CNC. The integrated controller and visualization are
integrated, leading to system simplification.
The fact that this one product can do so many different applications
leads to simplified panel layout/design and a reduction of inventory parts for
the new machines and spare parts for existing machines. It has a wide range of
capabilities (HMI - MES - PLC - CNC capabilities) with a single piece of
hardware. Just change the firmware card
to activate the necessary product functionality.
