National Instrumentsâ PXI Express Mixed Signal Suite includes the PXIe-5122 digitizer, PXIe-6536/7 digital i/o instruments, PXIe-5442 waveform generator and PXIe-5672 vector signal generator. use and import data from a separate coordinate measuring machine.
Agilent Technologies' W2630A series DDR2 and DDR3
BGA probes provide signal access points to the clock, strobe, data, address and
command signals of the DDR3 DRAM for true compliance testing with an oscilloscope.
The logic analyzer provides timing and protocol view of the DRAM activities.
