Delphi is developing Digital Video Broadcast-Satellite to Handheld (DVB-SH) user terminals for ICO's mobile interactive media service. In April, ICO launched its geosynchronous satellite, one of the largest commercial satellites, with plans to broadcast satellite services to mobile stations made by Delphi and others. Alpha trials will take place this year in Raleigh-Durham, NC and Las Vegas, with shipments of Delphi's receivers set to begin in December.
