According to the company, they offer high performance with 2K words of OTP program memory, 128 bytes of data RAM, and require only 35 powerful single-cycle instructions, each 14 bits wide, with the exception of two-cycle program branches. Other on-chip peripherals include an 8-bit real-time clock/counter with 8-bit programmable prescaler, wake-up on bus activity and require only 12V battery operation for the transceiver.
