These new products are made with ceramic components like rails, blocks and ceramic balls, along with titanium stoppers and resin circulation parts to reduce corrosion and make for more lightweight products. The Ceramic LM Guide Type RCR, Ceramic LM Guide Type RSR, Ceramic LM Guide HCR and the Ceramic Ball Spline LT are based on existing THK designs, and work well in medical equipment and semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Future products will include larger and smaller sizes, plus new materials and technology.
