It contains Estane(reg) thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) products designed to replace traditional thermoset rubber materials, while delivering the advantage of rubber and thermoplastics. The material is available in injection-molding and extrusion grades for such uses as gaskets and seals, medical devices, sporting goods, tubing, and wire and cable jacketing. The products exhibit improved tensile strength, strong tear and abrasion resistance, paintability, low specific gravity, increased Vicat, andare recyclable.
