Estane(reg) 58170 is a TPU halogen, flame-retardant, 70D polyester thermoplastic polyurethane that exhibits impact and abrasion properties and surface quality, processability, and colorability. Estane 58170 also provides UV stability, with flexibility and resiliency across a wide temperature range without the use of a plasticizer or halogenated flame retardants. Estane 58170 features a limited oxygen index of 27, a flex modulus of 138,000 psi, and a tensile strength greater than 3,000 psi.

Using free, downloadable software, users can import ASCII and binary .STL files, design the implant, and send an encrypted design file to a third-party manufacturer.
