The 33250A, an 80 MHz, function/arbitrary waveform generator with pulse capability, is designed for use on the bench-top or in test systems. It is intended to have nearly twice the bandwidth of competing products in its price range. Engineers can use it to generate standard waveforms for circuit testing, design verification, and waveform simulation. Recommended for applications in electronic design, electromechanical systems, and electronics manufacturing.

Machine Guard™MG-4 is an on-line monitoring unit for measuring bearing conditions. Green-Yellow-Red warning lights with two channel monitoring indicate conditions from good to poor for lubrication and damage. Overall vibration (RMS) can be utilized to identify other rotating problems, such as imbalance, misalignment, and looseness. Other versions with either one or two additional channels of vibration are offered.

These surface-mount 2D position sensitive detectors (PSDs), S5990-01 and S5991-01, are designed to provide detection characteristics over a large active area. Their pincushion-type detectors are suggested for use in pointing devices such as computer mice and track balls. The active area is 4×4 mm and 9×9 mm, respectively. Both come in thin chip carrier packages for surface mounting and are automatically mounted with solder reflow.

The LIP, LIF, and LIDA Linear Encoder models are designed for increasingly demanding requirements. The LIP family permits fine measuring steps. The LIF family measures steps down to 0.1 micrometer for lengths of 70 to 3,040 mm. Lastly, the LIDA is for measuring lengths up to 30m with small position error within one signal period. They can be mounted in order to adapt to the thermal behavior of the machine.
