Emergency-stop rope-pull safety switches are positive-opening mechanical switches which connect to cables to provide multiple-location emergency shutdown capabilities for conveyor lines or around the perimeter of large manufacturing machines. The switches operate by pulling on a cable attached to the actuator, and are available in auto reset (spring reset) and latching output (manual reset) models for one- or two-side spans.
