The MSP-430 hostile media pressure sensor provides pres-sure measurement in the 0 to 25,000 psi range to support diesel injection, hydraulic, downhole drilling, and other high-pressure industrial applications. Fabricated from a single piece of 17-4 PH stainless steel, the MSP-430 has no internal O-rings, welds, or silicone oil-filled cavities. The sensor features micromachined silicon strain-gage technology, which makes it virtually impervious to most physical and electrical hostile media environments.
