The Ultrasplice(reg) 2020 sets up automatically to produce any wire splice size and permits total flexibility to produce splices in any sequence. No tooling changes are required for splices ranging from 1 to 35 sq mm in the cross-sectional area. The system features two modes of operation. Standard mode allows any splice to be produced with dedicated weld parameters and quality assurance limits. Sequential mode splices in any predetermined sequence. Setup is completely automatic, and quality monitoring assures perfect splices.
