High power resistors
A line of resistors, terminators, and attenuators designed for microwave and RF systems is manufactured from non-toxic, aluminum nitride substrates. The devices can be used in applications from 40 GHz dc with power handling from 0.1 to 1,000W. All of the components exhibit low VSWR and capacitance, are non-magnetic, and contain no lead. They can be packaged in bulk or on tape and reel, and are field laser trimmable.
