CAPACITIVE LEVEL SENSOR

The TLS 100 is reportedly the first capacitive level sensor designed specifically for tubes and hoses. Its clip-on mounting design is engineered to reduce installation time and to permit a wider adjustment band for sensitivity. It detects the presence or absence of liquids at a chosen level within plastic tubes, rubber hoses, and small glass or plastic pipes. The Sentinel F-21 testing instrument uses a solid-state mass flow sensor to respond rapidly to flow changes, resulting in faster test cycles. The 32-point calibration is designed to provide the most advanced and accurate flow measurement available, and it also uses tandem regulators to assure a constant pressure source for reliable mass flow readings. Suitable for precision dispensing of all types of fluids (solvents, oils, silicones, glues, UV adhesives, ink, etc.), the CV629 is a pneumatically operated valve that is designed for use with a valve controller and reservoir tank. It can be integrated into an automatic dispensing robot or used as a bench dispensing valve. Shot sizes may be fine-tuned by turning the adjustment screw at the top of the valve, according to the company. Shot size and flow rate are controlled by the tip size, fluid pressure, and duration that the valve is open.
