Integrated design saves time and money
These racks have no need for extra machining and alignment, mounting directly onto most standard linear guide rails. There's no need for a separate mounting surface for the rail, and the racks can be assembled to the rails off the machine frame. They come in metric pitches from module 1.0-16.0, with linear force capacities of up to 31,000 lb. They come with rack segment lengths up to 3m, segments can be mounted end-to-end for unlimited travels lengths. Levels include soft, induction-hardened, quenched and tempered and hardened and ground (AGMA 12). They are designed for axis drives requiring precise positioning and repeatability, traveling gantries and columns, pick and place robots and material handling systems applications. They are made for the material handling, automation, aerospace, machine tool, woodworking and robotics industries.
