Engineers who use NASTRAN can now also use ALGOR's user interface, automatic brick and tetrahedral solid meshing, and CAD associativity. ALGOR has released a NASTRAN product that provides compatibility with NASTRAN and FEMAP output. Engineer Dominic Lorino of Huber Inc. says the new tool lets him work with his legacy NASTRAN files within the same interface he uses when doing analysis with ALGOR.
