Those seeking zero-emmision generators can now see them demonstrated in a laboratory setting.
Power Air Corp. of Livermore, CA and the National Research Council Institute for Fuel Cell Innovation (NCR-IFCI) have established the Demonstration and Engineering Lab in the recently opened NCR-IFCI building in Vancouver. Power Air Corp. will utilize space in the lab for design, staging and testing of zero-emissions indoor generators targeted for use in apartments, businesses, emergency and utility vehicles, recreational vehicles and boats.
“Our core technology can drive many applications,” says Remy Kozak, president and CEO of Power Air. “It is important for industry partners and OEMs to see our zinc-air fuel cell in end-user products.”
Those products will be demonstrated at the newly opened lab. Power Air utilizes zinc-air fuel cell technology that was developed at Livermore National Laboratory.
