The GenesisTM line of air conditioners features
a beveled front cover, a high-impact polycarbonate ABS
grille, few visible fasteners, and no visible mounting
rails. A built-in condensate management system eliminates
the need for external drain tubes, buckets, or an optional
condensate evaporator; and a full-size mounting template
provides a guide for making cut outs on the enclosure.

Uproxr proximity sensors include built-in intelligent
electronics for direct connection to Actuator Sensor
Interface (AS-I) device-level sensor and actuator networks.
The sensors meet all requirements for use with AS-I
unshielded UnTwisted Pair trunk line wire and connect
directly to AS-I network hubs using standard euorfastr
connectors. Uprox proximity sensors detect steel,
copper, aluminum, and brass at the same sensing range.

Vertonr MFX long glass fiber-reinforced polypropylene
is used in the Guestr D-Icer submersible motor-driven
water circulation unit, which prevents the formation
of ice around a boat or dock. Verton MFX helps maintain
mechanical performance in wet environments. The composite
also features resistance to cold temperatures.

Parallel-coupled UniSlide motor-driven slide assemblies
are available in an open-frame configuration. Uses for
precision UniSlide X-Y tables include gauging, probing,
feeding, inspection, assembly, packaging, dispensing,
engraving, and robotic prototypes. In the open-frame
design, a lead screw drives each slide to eliminate
cocking. A step motor and timing belt with precision
pulleys drive the lead screws. Standard widths are 1.5,
2.5, 4, 6, and 9 inches. Available motor types include
steppers, dc shunt, and permanent magnet.

The BALL MONORAIL is for applications including general
automation, pick and place, semiconductor wafer handling,
wood working, and machine tools. The BALL MONORAIL features
critical dimensions per DIN standard and is available
in six sizes: 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, and 45, and four carriage
types. The MONORAIL's carriage runs on a trapezoidal
rail profile and is a unitized design, which means there
are a minimum number of components. The plastic recirculating
elements, where the balls recirculate, are injection-molded
directly to the carriage body. The carriage is completely
sealed, both at each end with double-lip wipers, and
longitudinally along the rail surfaces.

Hollow-shaft stepping motor provides packaging solutions
for tight system integration. The hollow shaft, available
up to 5/8-inch OD, allows access through the central
axis of the motor, increasing packaging options for
unique applications. The size 23 single-stack dc stepping
motor measures 2.25 inches in diameter x 2 inches long.
Bi-directional, the motor is based on 1.8-degree step
with position accuracy of Ī3% non-cumulative.

T-Slot power remote-tooling sensor system eliminates
the "hard" connection to sensors embedded
in tooling, dies, and fixtures on stamping and forming
presses. The T-Slot power remote system delivers sensor
power and transmits signals inductively across an air
gap, supporting up to four tool-mounted sensors without
a hardwired connection to the control or power source.
Almost any 12V dc sensor or switch can be used with
the system, including proximity, air pressure, photoelectric,
magnetic, capacitive, or ultrasonic, allowing confirmation
of part/material presence or gas pressure.

SolidView version 3.0 lets users incorporate 2-D objects
into their 3-D designs for added flexibility in communicating
design information. These 2-D objects can be as simple
as a single geometric dimensioning and tolerance frame
or as complex as a complete set of engineering drawings.
Any 2-D objects added to a SolidView, Solid File eXchange
file can be viewed with the SolidPlayer program. SolidView
3.0 allows users to register themselves as an author
for all their view and markup annotations.

are 8 mm in diameter x 16 mm long and feature a flow
rate of 1 gm/min at 15 psid. Targeted for use in high-volume
applications, the 855 Series Chekr is inserted into
a drilled hole, and the tapered pin is driven flush
to seal and locks the valve in place. Stainless-steel
construction ensures long-term performance up to 4,000
psid. The 855 Series Chek is available in forward- and
reverse-flow directions and is compatible with hydraulic
and brake fluids, fuels, and oils.

The IM Series of microstepping drivers includes the
IM481H, IM483, IM804, and IM1007 and uses advanced surface-mount
and ASIC technology to reduce part size. Each driver
has 14 built-in microstep resolutions, from 400 to 51,200
steps/revolution in binary and decimal that can be changed
at any time without the need to reset the driver. Integrating
the IM drivers in applications that use higher step-angle
motors may allow the user to replace mechanical gearing
for increased smoothness and more accurate positioning.
