Simplifies sensor selection
Where maintaining a stock of NPSN output sensors vs. PNP output sensors can be problematic if the outputs of stocked sensors don't meet controller requirements, the 4-in-1™ technology automatically detects the load connected to it to determine if the load needs a NPN or PNP sensor.
With the 4-in-1™, a single sensor can operate in NPN normally open, NPN normally closed, PNP normally open or PNP normally closed configurations. It can also be used whenever an NPN or PNP transistor output is needed, minimizing selection time.
