Series of miniature servoamplifiers are for dc and brushless dc motors and incorporate custom mixed analog/digital ICs and a hybridized power stage. The basic configuration is a current mode amplifier, and no trimmers are used in the basic version. The products meet UL508c and the relevant CE regulations. The power stage is implemented on a single ceramic substrate, and this design enables high thermal conductivity, high current carrying capacity, and mechanical strength.
