Extra-flexible 600V, 90C power-supply cable features a double-insulated design incorporating Class K standing, which results in a tight bend radius of 5X cable diameter. The UL-, CSA-approved cable is targeted for use in high-speed, continuous-flex applications such as spindle motors, welding robots, cable-handling systems, and cable tracks requiring power cable, and as interconnect wire from the power supply to the machine. The cable's specially blended PVC jacket passes the VDE 0472 section 803 oil test and provides resistance to mineral and synthetic oils and water-based coolants.
As manufacturers add new technologies to their products, designing for compliance becomes more difficult. Prepare for the certification testing process. Otherwise, you increase the risk of discovering a safety issue after a product leaves the assembly line. That will cause significant time-to-market delays, be much costlier to fix, and damage your brand in the eyes of customers.
Stratasys will be exhibiting two groundbreaking large-scale additive manufacturing technologies, as well as other new products, next month at the International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS) in Chicago.
Two new technologies from Stratasys, created in partnership with Boeing, Ford, and Siemens, will bring accurate, repeatable manufacturing of very large thermoplastic end products, and much bigger composite parts, onto the factory floor for industries including automotive and aerospace.
Focus on Fundamentals consists of 45-minute on-line classes that cover a host of technologies.
You learn without leaving the comfort of your desk. All classes are taught by subject-matter experts and all are archived.
