Liquid level sensors

Level transmitter

The KPSI ^TM submersible level transmitter resists fouling under greasy and high-solids wet well environments because of its 25/8 inch wide, smooth elastomeric diaphragm design. Parison controller

The ParCon, which is offered in a 100-point or 200-point version, controls up to three Parison heads, with six profiles that can be used in any combination across the Parison head. The device features simultaneous profile display of the active channels, with real-time display of the actual versus set profile and an easy overview of each channel's performance. The "editor" allows editing of profiles using self key. Up to nine user selected languages are available.

Temperature controller

The new MCL9000 (Dynapar, Partlow, and WEST models) is a bus-based breakthrough in temperature control. It reportedly brings advanced, single-interface temperature control to every application, eliminating multiple single-loop controllers and poor PLC/PID block performance. Users can now integrate machine control and temperature control in a single interface without compromising performance. Flowmeters

Accucal Flowmeters are available in 10 sizes, measuring flows from 0.3 m(liter)/min to 150 (liter)/min for air, and 0.003 m(liter)/min to 4.7 (liter)/min for water. Available in 65 and 150 mm scale lengths, all wetted parts are glass, Kel-F, Viton, PTFE, or 316 stainless steel. Meters are housed in a panel-mountable frame and are available with standard valve, or precision valve, interchangeable without valve, direct-reading scales come standard for air and water flow.

Analog PID controller

The Series 1810 is a 1/8-DIN size, analog setpoint temperature controller that offers PID control accuracy without the need for complicated tuning or menu configuration. It features a front-panel, linearized analog setpoint dial and a deviation bar graph display consisting of 10 LEDs. Input can be from either Type J or K thermocouples. Other features include a second output, selectable fixed-ratio control which requires no operator adjustments, auto-reset for load changes, and LED indication of output signal and alarm condition.

In-line temperature measurement

Model VTI Temperature Transmittes, an in-line remote seal capable of non-intrusive temperature measurement in pipes. Its features include the following: temperature measurement without flow interference, CIP, SIP cleaning by Pig Possible, PTD or 4-20 mA signal, Ra finish of 16 micro inches. The in-line design ensures a laminar flow which helps measurements to be accurate to less than 1F and allows a typical response time of 30 sec.
