Aluminum enclosures

Photoelectric sensor

Resettable fuses

NanoSMD series of PolySwitch®resettable fuses is reported to be the smallest surface-mount polymeric positive temperature coefficient resettable fuse on the market. Comprised of four devices in two basic package configurations, the series offers a 40% smaller footprint than the company's microSMD series fuses, previously the industry's smallest. The company reports that Circuits up to 6V can be protected from overcurrent surges of up to 40A, with operating currents up to 1.4A.

Sealed switch

The 6600 Series switch is hermetically sealed and designed to provide long life in harsh environments where seal integrity is critical. The company says that the hermetic cycle and useful life of the switch has been increased from 25,000 to 500,000 cycles through the use of an internal nickel bellows actuator. A corrosion resistant housing is said to withstand most media and allow exposure of the switch to fluids such as hydraulic oils and jet fuels.

Input module

The IP340 IndustryPack (IP) mezzanine module provides sixteen analog inputs which are sampled as two eight-channel banks. Eight A/D converters allow simultaneous conversion of all eight channels in a bank, while a FIFO buffer holds the first bank's data and the second bank is converted. Parameters such as channels or bank to be converted, timing, and scan mode are all user-programmable. Uses include data acquisition, process control, test and measurement, and network data communication.

Power amplifier

The 5041 amplifier is a wide band, high-gain, high-power-class AB amplifier. It is used in both EMC and communications applications. Pressure sensor

EMI filters

A new series of 2-56 bolt style high-frequency coaxial EMI filters is now available in C-, L-, Pi-, and T-sections, offering suppression from 10 MHz through 10 GHz. The series is offered with either a working voltage of 50V dc and a minimum capacitance of 10,000pF; a working voltage of 100V dc and a minimum capacitance of 5000pF, and a working voltage of 200V dc with both 2500pF and 1000pF minimum capacitances. Stop switch

The Rafi Rafix FS Emergency Stop Switch is reportedly the first stop switch engineered specifically for installation directly to the printed circuit board. It provides a mounting depth of 9.7 mm and can be accommodated on the sample printed circuit board as other PCB mounted elements. The mounting hole diameter is 22.3 mm, according to IEC 947.
