The Anybus-M module from HMS Industrial Networks offers an easy method for implementation of a 10/100 Mbit Ethernet/IP Scanner interface into industrial devices. The module supports up to 64 adapters, and configuration of the Ethernet/IP network is done via an external configuration tool. The module also supports IT needs such as a WebServer for creating dynamic web pages that include reading and writing of DPRAM data, sending e-mail and FTPs for the downloading of user web pages. Key features include a dual port (DPRAM) parallel interface, Ethernet settings that are configurable through either a built-in web server or using on-board DIP switches, an Ethernet/IP level 4 I/O client and a transformer-isolated Ethernet interface.
