Skid Stoppers: Electronic Stability Control
This is a potentially good idea, but has some down sides. The worst is that now people will have another excuse to not wear their seat belts, because their Electronic Stability Control will save them. Another problem is that it will be many years before even the majority of vehicles on the road have this feature, so those vehicles that have it will still be at the mercy of those without. Yet another problem is switching between vehicles that have it and vehicles that don't.
