Pizza Madness - Can you figure it out?

Now I know since I lost my job I have a lot of time on my hands, but here’s something I simply don’t understand, no matter how hard I try. There is a pizza place in my town, which consistently delivers within minutes and the product is always cooked just right and the quality, superb.

Thing is no matter what I order, or when I order it, my pizza is at my door within 10 minutes. And they don’t even have one of those timed delivery guarantees. It makes no sense. I’ve tested it by ordering the most obscure pizza concoction imaginable. I’ve also ordered at prime time Saturday night and even during big sports’ afternoons and still, 10 minutes later the pizza is there – you can set your watch to it.

Do they have them pre-made? That would make sense if I was ordering a simple cheese or pepperoni, but not my chicken and Alfredo sauce with broccoli. Does the driver actually have an oven in his car like the Matzo bus where the pizzas cook while they are being delivered? Likely not since he drives a small vehicle for easy parking throughout the city. I simply can’t figure it out!

Any thoughts on what they could possibly be doing in that joint to get my pizza to me every time, within minutes and cooked to perfection?

Pizza Hut can cook a pizza in 7 minutes (pre-made crust), and I heard (second hand) that Domino's used to mostly cook the pizza, and place them into their heated bags to finish cooking during the drive.

They might be using a brick oven. It will cook a pizza in about 90 seconds.

There is a cooking device that uses very hot air called an impinger that can coook a pizza in a minute or two.

BAT - That sounds like it might be the right reason. I wonder if that's what they do. If I could only figure out how to call and ask without seeming like a freak (a Gadget Freak).

Base pizzas, crust-sauce cheese are built, one or two in que of each size.
Custom add-ons are all very accessable and thrown on before
baking.
All depends on trained workers
