Cabe, you mention a massive number of users who can access Aras Innovator 10.  If this is meant to include users in the field, it might be a bit of a problem.  Most organizations use existing social media to collect user information and then scan that to find patterns.  Opening the PLM system directly to users is not particularly the way to go.
