While sometimes I think it's better not to be too connected to our mobile devices, it's become inevitable in our daily lives--especially in busy cities--to have our smartphones with us and charged when we're out and about. Soofas are a clever way to bring smart-city design ideas to urban furniture. Their use of solar power also shows forward thinking, as they aren't a drain on the power grid. I can see this type of urban furniture and other designs the Changing Environements team may come up with really taking off.
