This efficient, compact, adjustable preload nut makes adjusting preload on lead screws easy. The PowerAc Plus(TM) (patent pending) offers precise preload control without nut or drive unit disassembly.

Two standard outer nut bodies, 3/4-inch and 1-inch diameters, fit 27 popular Acme thread sizes ranging from 1/4 to 5/8-inch diameters. Prelubed, durable plastic nuts come with standard V-thread flange mounting.

Optionally, custom machined nut bodies can fit most installations. High temperature materials are available to provide full performance up to 300F.
