EASTPRINT Custom Disposable Medical Circuits are manufactured by depositing various types of conductive inks onto flexible substrates such as polyester (PET), non-wovens, treated papers and foils, and medical-grade tape or foam. Capable of producing products such as electrodes, disposable and diagnostic sensors, drug delivery patches, and nerve stimulation therapeutic devices, the firm can also provide value-added assembly and packaging services.
Manufactured to customer specification, EASTPRINT Custom Disposable Medical Circuits can be made using sheet fed and roll-to-roll processes to meet the requirements of converters, design engineers, and OEMs. Finished products can incorporate SMTs where specified. Typical products include: Glucose monitoring strips, sleep apnea sensors, ECG/EKG electrodes, oximetry and nerve conduction sensors, and iontophoresis and transdermal patches.
