ELECTRONICS: C&K Components has expanded its ZMS Series subminiature snap-acting switch line to include right-angle mount configurations. The switches now feature a mounting hole with a locating stud, along with potted wire leads in straight and right angle configurations to meet IP67 sealing specifications.
With a positive and reliable snap-acting mechanism, the ZMS Series switches feature a long mechanical life span of more than 100,000 cycles. Wire lead versions meet IP67 specifications, while PC board soldering terminations meet dust and splash-proof requirements. Contact rating is up to 3A at 125V ac. The RoHS-compliant switches feature an operating temperature range from -40 to 85C.
Typical pricing for the ZMS Series subminiature snap-acting switches ranges from $0.75 to $0.95 each in quantities of 10,000 pieces. Lead time is from six to eight weeks.
A quick look into the merger of two powerhouse 3D printing OEMs and the new leader in rapid prototyping solutions, Stratasys. The industrial revolution is now led by 3D printing and engineers are given the opportunity to fully maximize their design capabilities, reduce their time-to-market and functionally test prototypes cheaper, faster and easier. Bruce Bradshaw, Director of Marketing in North America, will explore the large product offering and variety of materials that will help CAD designers articulate their product design with actual, physical prototypes. This broadcast will dive deep into technical information including application specific stories from real world customers and their experiences with 3D printing. 3D Printing is
