Fluid Power: Beswick Engineering offers manifold mount versions of its miniature pressure regulators, including the PRDB8 high-accuracy, single-stage pressure regulator; PRD28 two-stage pressure regulator and PRDHF8 high flow regulator.
The PRDB8 regulator is a manifold mount version of Beswick’s PRDB pressure regulator with a patent-pending valve mechanism designed to provide high precision and high reliability at low flows and low set pressures. It controls output pressures from 0-30 psig and is suited to regulating pressures as low as 0.5 psig. The PRDB8 connects via a 10-32 UNF threaded port, its maximum supply pressure is 500 psig and it weighs approximately 25 gm in stainless steel.
The PRD28 2 stage manifold regulator can also accurately reduce high-pressure inputs (up to 500 psig) down to 0-20 psig. It designed to regulate pressures as low as 0.5 psig and exhibits minimal droop and rise even with wide swings in inlet pressure and flow. The PRDB28 connects via a 5/16-24 UNF threaded port and it weighs approximately 52 gm in brass.
The PRDHF8 regulator is used in applications requiring higher flows than those supplied by the PRDB pressure regulator. It controls output pressures from 0-30 psig and is designed to regulate pressures as low as 0.5 psig. Maximum inlet supply pressure is 500 psig. The PRDHF8 connects via a 5/16-24 UNF threaded port and it weighs approximately 52 gm in brass and stainless steel.
