I agree! Very interesting article on how by integrating functions with existing parts, improved performance with a smaller footprint is possible: I thought it was fascinating how the article explains its example of products having fan blades that traditionally serve as a cooler are manufactured from magnetic materials that turn it into a rotor part of the motor as well. It seem like a natural combination of functions but it took someone visualizing how to integrate two functions using parts that have not served in that capacity in previous designs.
