Nice article, Edward. ERP is so early 90s. It hit around the same time Nirvana did. It took about 10 years for it to really pay off, but once it paid off, its efficiencies were comparable to word processing's efficiency over the typewriter. Amazing that any organization is just now adopting ERP.
