That's a nice summary of some of the available types of pressure gauges.

I'm not sure where you got the impression that bourdon tube gauges can only measure up to 60 bar, because there are many bourdon tube gauges on the market that can measure and withstand much, much higher pressures.

For example, Ashcroft, a major manufacturer of bourdon tube pressure gauges, makes gauges that can measure up to 20,000 psig, or 1379 bar, or even higher.
