OCXO precision in a TCXO size

This series of products holds ±0.5ppm vs -40 to 85C operating temperature range, all with only a 15 mA max current drain. It runs at 3-5V supply voltage, packaged in a full-size SMT. Compatible with HCMOS/TTL, it has a phase noise of -137 dB max at 10 KHz, at 104 Mhz carrier frequency. Its Overtone crystal-based oscillator also shows no sub-harmonics in the frequency spectrum. It costs $5 each for 1,000-lot orders.
