Techno Inc. Model 60W Roller Hold-Down System

By Design News Staff -- Design News, September 4, 2006

More efficient and easy to use

This system runs with the Techno Premium Class CNC Router models. It comes with four, 2-inch diameter urethane-covered steel rollers with automatic roller life and retracting. Parts are less likely to slip with the spindle positioning placed between to the two sets of rollers, making sure the most down force is applied to the material, and two and three sheets of material can be processed. It also has a 3-inch roller clearance for easy materials loading and unloading. Automated sensors protect the system and the machine by getting triggered by adjustable roller-end-of-travel actuators.
