Gardner Wave-Scan Dual Diagnostic Tool

High-performance, easy-to-use package

This tool detects the optical profile in high-gloss surfaces with a laser light source, and an extra infrared LED measures the same structure spectrum (0.1-30 mm) on medium-gloss surfaces. It uses CCD camera technology to measure dullness, and can give information on image-forming qualities of the surface caused by structure & 0.1 mm. It can be easily used with one hand on flat or curved areas. It is small and lightweight, and has a scroll wheel, large display, selectable scales and scan lengths, full statistics with saving in selectable memories, a USB port to transmit data to a PC, and a software auto-chart that organizes files for sample id, offers data management with Access databasing, and produces standard QC reports in Excel.
