A snug fit for high efficiency

These high-performance heaters have diameter tolerances between -.001 and -.005 inches from specified nominal diameters, ensuring a good fit into the heater cavity. The heater's thermal expansion then makes for proper heater/surface contact for maximum heat transfer efficiency. They have a standard heater length tolerance of 1/16 inch, and a 5 percent wattage tolerance, but the company can meet specific lengths and tolerances, too. They are made for branders, mold heaters, packaging dispensers, gum, glue and wax pots, immersion heaters, ink processing, and food bag sealer applications.
