ThinGap TG2300 Motor Series

Design News Staff -- Design News, July 17, 2006

Less inertia makes for longer battery life

Built for oxygen concentrator compressors, this motor series maintains long battery life and smooth operations, even at slow speeds. It can run on a 24V battery, car accessory socket or standard 110 V ac electrical outlet. Its higher inertia reduces torque pulsation losses, meaning it can run longer under battery power. OEM customers can use smaller, lighter oxygen concentrators with this motor, and the TG2300's stator has no iron, eliminating magnetic attraction and making it easier to assemble.
