DVT: An Upside-Down Corporate Hierarchy

DVT's CEO Robert Steinke told the 850 attendees of the annual global conference during his keynote speech that conventional business hierarchies were wrong. "Too many organizations have the CEO at the top of a pyramid looking down with everyone looking up to satisfy that individual. That's wrong," Steinke said. DVT Corp.'s organizational structure is an inverted pyramid. "I stand at the bottom, and every layer above me adds value. I'm looking up to see how I can help everyone above me," he said.
