Top three applications in manus: The First North American Plastic Bearing Design Contest will be unveiled on Monday, February 23 at the National Design Engineering Show in Chicago's McCormick Place. A panel of judges from MIT and the Univ. of Rhode Island selected the awardees for challenging and creative use of plastic bearings in applications from automated machinery to sports equipment for the handicapped.
