Safety valves
Lift lever and soft seat configurations
The Series 211 and Series 632 safety valves for air, gas, steam, and liquid applications are designed to provide reliable overpressure protection in system components. They feature a dual-ring construction to offer reportedly easy adjustment, precise opening, and high volume, short blowdown with high liquid flow capacity. The disk and nozzle are changeable to accommodate changing conditions and processes. They are ideal for a variety of applications, including air and gas compressors, piping, boilers, and accumulators.

Amplifying nozzles
Reduces air consumption
The Energy Saver air nozzles and jets are designed to significantly reduce compressed air consumption by amplifying the air output. Its design forces the air through a 0.002-inch annular orifice, accelerating airflow and entraining surrounding air as it exits the nozzle. Airflow volumes out of the nozzles are reportedly 25 times more than the compressed air supplied. A range of high and low thrust models are offered.

Progressing cavity pumps
With long life
L-Frame progressing cavity pumps are designed for handling clean, chemical feed applications, and viscous, abrasive, solids-laden slurries and sludge. They feature non-pulsating and metered flow, low product shear, capacities to 450 gpm, pressures to 2,100 psi, and viscosities over 1,000,000 cps. They also reportedly handle entrained air and gases without vapor locking. They are available with a variety of sealing configurations, drive options, motors, and controls.

Valve
With stainless steel cap
Designed for trouble-free use in applications requiring minimal maintenance and maximum lifetime, the VICI Mini Diaphragm valve is ideal for the process industry, automated lab analyzers, and continuous-monitoring environmental analyses. Three different configurations are available: a 5 port internal injector, a 6 port sampling/switching valve, and a 10 port multifunctional valve. The standard bore size is 0.016 inch and optional bore sizes are 0.010 and 0.030 inch.

Flexhose
Standard length of 25 ft
With a reinforced construction that is designed for long life, the AHPLUS flexhose can withstand a temperature range from -60 to 275F. It is featured in a royal blue color so it may be easily visible in both small and industrial settings. It is reportedly moisture- and tear-resistant and has a higher temperature range than neoprene/fabric hoses. It is ideal for such applications as dust collection, bridge painting, industrial ventilation, drying, boat building, and fume collection.

Valve terminal series
Miniaturized sizes
Offering versatility, high speed and flow rates, and compact sizes, CPV-SC and CPA-SC "smart cubic" valve terminals are available with various valve functions. The SPV-SC is plate mounted and offers a choice of 4, 8, 12, or 16 valve positions. The CPA-SC is sub-base mounted and offers a range of electrical connection schemes for standard connections and plug-in sockets, including multi-pin connectors.

Recirculating chillers

Incorporating such features as a digital pressure/flow rate display and user-settable temperature, pressure, and flow rate alarms, the company's recirculating chillers are designed to provide reliable cooling for a variety of industrial, laboratory, laser, and metalworking applications. Vacuum pump inlet traps
Range of configurations
Available for processes with flows up to 2,500 cfm at 1 Torr, the MV Vacuum Pump Inlet Traps can reportedly protect systems from fluid contamination, failures, and downtime. They range from the 4-inch diameter PosiTrap® to the three-stage 16-inch diameter MultiTrap®. They are able to be supplied with a range of replaceable filter elements for particle filtration, chemical absorption, and condensation. Included is stainless steel gauze, copper gauze, molecular sieve, activated alumina, activated charcoal, Sodasob®, and pleated polypropylene.

Valve
With ideal sealing material
The 32-port custom valve solution is based upon a standard inert rotary valve that features a stainless steel rotor and a PTFE body that reportedly is virtually inert to all chemicals and stable up to 200C. It features internal 4-mm diameter flow paths and an optical encoder that is designed to accurately position the rotor and maximize flow rates. It is driven by a 24V dc motor using computer-controlled TTL compatible signals, and it measures 210 x 140 x 110 mm.

Diaphragm check valve
Not dependent on gravity
Designed for use with highly aggressive or ultra-pure liquid applications, the Series CKM diaphragm check valves reportedly maintain bubble-tight seals in whatever position they are mounted. Its patented diaphragm is intended to automatically position itself against the valve seat in an identical location each time. They are chatter- and leak-proof and have no internal sliding or loose parts to slam or vibrate, according to the company. They are available in sizes ½, ¾, and 1 inch NPT.
