Stirling Pump Eval

Ricor Cryogenic & Vacuum Systems and a hard drive tool supplier have completed a successful three-month evaluation of Ricor's MicroStar in-situ water vapor pump. According to the company, this new application for its Stirling cycle cryo pump reduces water vapor partial pressure, which in turn increases throughput and reduces base pressure and pump-down time.
