Pump and motor guards
Custom versions available
Pump/motor baseplates and guards are designed to ease pump installations, the company notes. Providing protection in harsh industrial environments, the products are available for size 56–326 NEMA frames, for vertical or horizontal mounting. Guards are ready to assemble, have threaded mounting holes, and include bolts and shims. They are constructed of powder-coated steel or stainless steel. Solenoid valves

318 and 418 Series direct-acting solenoid valves are available with a high 0.8Cv flow rate and a narrow, 22-mm body that can be mounted normally open or normally closed. The 318 has multi-purpose, 2-position and 3-way valves; the 418 has 5-ported, 4-way valves. Manifolds are available for up to 12 stations. Brass Ball Valves
For common fluid control applications
The 600 series of brass ball valves is available in standard sizes, with solder ends for copper tubing, and with a vented ball for compressed air service. Ideally suited for air compression, waste water management, and low pressure steam applications, the DM600 series is a full port brass valve with threaded ends and direct mounting that reportedly eliminates the actuator bracket, reducing the space required for automated systems and eliminating misalignment between valve and actuator. The Rexroth TaskMaster® pneumatic cylinder line has been redesigned to offer two distinct model choices. The TM-8 series replaces the original line, and the TM-1 series matches NFPA rod thread and port dimensions. Available in 1.5-through 6-inch bore sizes, the TaskMaster cylinder is rated for 200 psi. Hydraulic Coupling System

The new Hydro-Coupler™ hydraulic coupling system provides a continuous hydraulic connection to hydraulic workholding fixtures on carrousel-type pallet changers. Pressure is applied from the top of the pallet, so full clamping force is consistent and never lost. The new system automatically monitors and responds to irregularities in clamping pressures, hydraulics level, and temperature. Injection System
High power and energy efficiency
The Moog PowerShot™ injection system is designed for injection-molding machines operating at high speeds and forces, which require precise control. The injection system is a sealed closed-loop actuator that requires no external power unit, and uses a single servomotor to control the entire system. Injection and decompression control is accumulator-driven, and allows closed-loop control of velocity, pressure, and position. The RKP pump is used for closed-loop control of backpressure during recovery, while recharging the accumulator for the next cycle. Extended life pumps
Close-coupled design
A proprietary liner reportedly extends the service life of MTA Series pumps. Piston-Actuated Valves

This line of compact and standard size piston-actuated valves is an alternative to both solenoid and ball valves for on/off control of media, including light slurries, viscous fluids, corrosives, and saturated steam (to 130 psi).
