Caster and leveler

STOPLIFT leveling caster is designed for machine tools, packaging and labeling machines, and other heavy equipment on wheels.

Machine stability is critical to most manufacturing processes. Machine mobility, however, means flexible production lines. How to reconcile these opposing demands?

Answer: The STOPLIFT leveling caster with integrated machine mount. Step on the long lever to fix the caster; step on the short lever to make it moveable again. Because 3-point linkage shifts wheel position only, actuation is independent of load. Maximum load capacity is 450 kg; height adjustment, ±5 mm.
