Twin-lead screws

These rolled twin-lead screws are designed to install easily and eliminate alignment problems in the packaging, molding, food processing, assembly, and robotics industries. The one-piece design includes nuts and is available in thread screws with 0.0002 - 0.0003 inch/inch lead accuracy or in ball and acme screws with 0.001 inch/foot lead accuracy. The screws operate with a single motor or drive system, using right and left hand movement simultaneously.

Gasketing material

Loctite^® Durafoam™ 5975, a thixotropic self-foaming silicone liquid, is used in automotive applications such as air cleaner housings, electronic module covers, wiper motors, connector seals, fuse box covers, automotive door panels and door handles, and timing belt covers. The two-component material expands when cured and takes 10 minutes to cure in 80C heat. The liquid is intended to reduce Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) in design applications.

Tilt table

The Pro-Air Tilt Table requires no electricity or hydraulics to position containers for parts removal or for better placement. With its 48- × 60-inch platform, the tilt table handles 6,000 lbs. load capacity, and a foot pedal control or pedestal-in-stalled control station tilts the table up to 40°. A heavy-duty tilt retaining bar eliminates tangling retaining chains, and a tilt stabilizer eliminates bouncing of the table.

Safety air coupler

SAFE AIR two-stage coupler is engineered to offer safety, durability, service, one-step connection, and a lightweight design. Rated to 232 psi and available in 5/16- and 3/8- inch dimensions, the coupler features a design that eliminates accidental disconnection. Flange and plugs

Floor hatch

Manipulator system

The electric-powered Overhead-Mounted Manipulator System (UM Series) is developed for core handling and lifting applications in the company's line of ergonomic workstations and material handling equipment. Horizontal machining center

The a51 horizontal machining center (HMC) is designed for automotive parts suppliers, general contract machining operations, and medium to high volume production shops. Aluminum fittings

Used indoors or outdoors, the one-piece ADA-compliant Kee Lite™ aluminum handrail fittings are made lightweight and corrosion-resistant, with high-grade Aluminum Silicone Magnesium alloy.
