Cleveland, OH
—A new study from the Freedonia Group predicts that U.S. demand for medical supplies will increase by 5.3% annually through 2004, reaching $55 billion. Hospitals will remain the largest market for supplies-about half the demand through 2004-but home-health care will be the fastest growing end-use market.
