Electro Forms
Baffled electroforms and other custom-electroformed components requiring close inside tolerances, precision internal finishes, and thin walls can be made to print. Diameters as small as 0.035 inch and as large as 6 inches can be produced in either nickel, copper, gold, or silver. Lengths up to 6 inches can be readily produced, as can closed-end tubes. Flexible components can also be manufactured by combining a formed unity with a flexible bellows section. Nickel components can be furnished in weldable or solder grades to enable assembly.

Connector
The SEI Series one-piece connector on 1-mm pitch features an ultra-low profile of 1.65 mm and low system cost achieved by processing one connector. Phosphor bronze contacts provide high normal forces with a large constant deflection of 0.020 inch when the boards are mated together. These interfaces are surface-mount soldered to one board and fastened to the mating board.

2D software program
AutoDetailer 2D software program works with AutoCAD and automatically produces detail drawings from assembly Wblocks or part drawings. The software reads the Dxf file of part drawings to determine which views are available and their relationships, and knows what is milled, drilled, tapped, or turned. From this data, the program determines the necessary dimensions, correct paper size and scale, the hole, and corner call-outs. AutoDetailer then writes a script file that AutoCAD understands to produce the detail drawing.

Data acquisition system

Membrane monitor and manager
The im3 intelligent membrane monitor and manager increases membrane life and system efficiency and reduces labor. The im3 optimizes the process and clean cycle first by tracking the clean cycle permeate flow. As the filter is cleaned, the permeate flow increases. When the flow does not increase for a predetermined period of time, this indicates the filter's peak flow and that it has been cleaned as well as it can be. The value of the peak flow is recorded and displayed on the front panel.

Heat-transfer fluid
Oxidation-resistant (ORTM) heat-transfer fluid features unusual oxidation resistance and high flash and fire points. Pump-down control
The 4052 pump-down control features five setpoints and provides total control for duplex pumping systems up to a depth of 34.6 ft. Gauge

Silicone sealant
The 736 heat-resistant silicone sealant is a one-part, non-slumping paste that cures at room temperature upon exposure to moisture in the air. Elastomer
Arnitel® grade PM381 thermoplastic elastomer is based on copolyether-esters such as COPEs or TPE-Es. Films made from Arnitel are free of additives and plasticizers and have low-gel contents. Modular manufacturing technique allows for production leadtimes of as little as two to five weeks for lot shipments of 10, 25, 50, and 100 units. Brushed dc motors are available with options that include gearheads, tachometers, and optical encoders. Motor frame sizes range from 1.5, 2.25, and 3.13 inches in diameter with output torques ranging from 5 oz-inches to 400 lb-ft continuous. Open-frame stack station
MACRO STACK 3U Eurocard open-frame version of the Compact MACRO station allows the user to employ motor drive systems not specifically MACRO interface-compatible along with MACRO-compatible circuitry for use on the high band width fiber-optic communications network. Capacitors
Mallory® large can aluminum electrolytic capacitors are available in six series. The CGS Series is available with maximum working voltages of 6.3 to 500V dc. The CG Series capacitors are available with maximum working voltages of 10 to 450V dc. Temperature rating is -40 to 85C. The CGH Series offers high ripple current capability, and is available in capacitances with maximum working voltages of 250 to 500V dc. Amplifiers
DLD Series in-line amplifiers are for ac LVDTs and feature two models to address linear displacement application needs. The amplifiers are housed in a slim DIN-rail-mountable package, with all electrical connections and zero/span adjustments located on the front of the unit for ready access. The units are "stackable" on a standard DIN 35-mm mounting rail for ease of installation. The series accepts a power input of 18 to 36V dc and provides 3V ac excitation, at 5 KHz, to the LVDT.

Proximity sensors
Uprox® proximity sensors are available in stainless-steel versions. The rugged, abrasion-resistant, stainless-steel sensing face can be used in machining applications and other abrasive environments without affecting the sensing integrity of the unit. Uprox sensors detect all types of metals including steel, copper, aluminum, and brass at the same sensing range. Switches
MA and MB Series micro-limit switches are 100% tested prior to shipment to ensure reliable switching positions and long life. The MA Series, with resistive load ratings up to 16A at 250V ac and motor load ratings up to 4A at 250, provides 5 million minimum mechanical cycles of life. Valve
The FV2000 pressure-relief valve seals liquids, vapors, and gases, and prevents liquids and gases from venting out of the valve during normal operation and adjustment conditions. This valve prevents the adjusting screw from backing out while making adjustments to the pressure seating. An O-ring has been incorporated around the adjusting screw to further prevent liquid from escaping. Applications include use with thin liquids including water-based fluids, hydrocarbons, and chemicals, and meets environmental regulations for hazardous fluid containment.

Poppet valves

Flow switch
Model 2600 flow switch operates by a two-mode design; set point and by-pass. The set point is achieved either by increasing or decreasing liquid flow at the calibrated set point of the flow switch. A magnet-equipped shuttle being displaced at the calibrated set point actuates the hermetically sealed reed switch housed within the removable bonnet assembly.

Heat exchangers
BrazepakTM heat exchangers are brazed-plate units that offer high thermal efficiency while withstanding high pressures and temperatures. Modular injector pump
Modular injector pump system has an all-electric, fully automatic pump, which features a high-density polyethylene reservoir and an illuminated master control panel. The control panel switches have been fitted with protective boots, and the electrical boards have been encapsulated to prevent electrical shorts due to spills or harsh conditions. Enclosure heaters
Enclosure heaters protect sensitive electrical and electronic equipment from the harmful effects of condensation, corrosion, and low temperatures in cool, damp, or outdoor environments. When a stable temperature and humidity are maintained inside an enclosure, critical components will perform more reliably over a longer period of time. Fan-driven, thermostatically controlled electric heaters are for large enclosures and are available in ratings of 100, 200, 400, and 800W.
