Unlike the USA, Israel had to go green over 40 years ago. Their website www.israel21c.org covers their work including S.D.E. Engineering's operating ocean wave power station. It is efficient and thus cost less than half of a currently nonefficient wind turbine station. For the serious design engineer it will bring to the fore what Boeing documented in WWII but few in the industry in the US grasp today. We have yet to begin much less begin doing things right and our politicians in many cases are more ignorant than FDR in this area.
