Gels

Latest and greatest offerings in the engineering marketplace

By Design News Staff -- Design News, January 18, 1998

HeatPath(TM) thermally conductive gels improve thermal management of sensitive components and power devices in electronic equipment. The gels are for use with laptop computers, power supplies, pc-boards, electronic modules, and other electronic equipment. The conformable nature of the gel enables it to fill all gaps between components and heat sinks with minimal pressure, avoiding damage to delicate components.
